Correspondence between JSON and HTML

Hello All

This is to request assistance to provide the code to achieve correspondence 
between JSON source and the fields in HTML of Futon. From the documentation 
--CouchApp’s app.docForm() helper is a function to set up and maintain a 
correspondence between a CouchDB document and an HTML form---. Kindly provide 
help exactly how this should be used.
