You can find the latest release here: http://www.couchbase.com/wiki/display/couchbase/Android
The upgrade process is straightforward. Extract the distribution zip file, and take the resulting Couchbase.zip and couchbase.xml files and replace the ones in your current project. Then run the the couchbase.xml file as ant script.
