Hi Rob, looks like i need to fiddle with the dependencies a bit to remove an old install of couchdb.
You have to remove "couchdb-bin" also. So do a "apt-get remove couchdb-bin" and try again to install again. Where did you get the couchdb-bin package / or your current couchdb debian install from?
