I tried to install SpiderMonkey following the instructions at:

http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/Installing_SpiderMonkey

but failed with the results below.

I'm running OS X 10.7.3.

The errors look like a number of variables were improperly typed, but is this 
an installer failure?  A source code failure?  Or operator error!?

Any insight would be appreciated.
