Hi Robert I don't work there but I learnt that a company called Mango Health uses CouchDB with the Couchbase mobile Client library to collect patient status(opt in) then aggregate in back-end via CouchDB etc. I can't and don't speak on behalf of them so I should not be the one filling out the form.
