Happy to announce Photon 1.9, new version of alternative CouchDB admin panel.
Photon recently celebrated 2 years of development, and just received several unique features: massive DB backup, _stats graphs, and structured revisions diff. Photon provides comfortable view editing, both for JS and Erlang, and also memoizes Mango queries in localStorage for re-use. All those features make Photon especially comfortable for learning CouchDB views of different kinds. Photon distribution is a single design document, so it installs on any CouchDB in just several browser clicks.
