Hi james I have just followed the https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/cTAKES+3.0+User+Install+Guideand have done nothing more with any dependencies.
Am a newbie in apache cTakes and if your r mentioning ctakes-type-system-3.0.0-incubating.jar it is there in lib folder of cTakes.
