I think the "Mayo format section tags" refers to lines like
[start section id="20103"]
[end section id="20103"]

The following is the contents of the sample_note.txt file from within
testdata\sideeffecttest\testinput\plaintext in icTAKES 1.3.2:

[start section id="20103"]

Ibuprofen discontinued because of pain.

[end section id="20103"]

[start section id="20105"]

Medication :
Aspirin - pain
Non-Medication / Food :
ADHESIVE TAPES - Skin tears easily, gauze wraps work best

[end section id="20105"]

Subject: Side Effect annotator and Mayo format section tags

I would like to use SideEffectAggregateTAE.xml which is used on plain text with
Mayo format section tags. Could someone provide me with such a file as an
example, or with a description of the "Mayo format section tags"?
