Hello, I'm currently working with the clinical pipeline in CTAKES. Is there an annotator I could add that already exists in CTAKES that uses the LOINC ontology? It doesn't appear to be in the coming through the clinical pipeline. If I do need to setup my own annotator, any general pointers would be appreciated.
