Hello Everyone, I am using cTakes 2.5 to run "runctakesCVD.sh" using the testing data /ctakes-2.5/testdata/smokingtest/testinput/doc1_07543210_sample_current.txt
This data should be "current smoking" status. I load AE "ctakes-2.5/cTAKESdesc/smokingdesc/analysis_engine/SimulatedProdSmokingTAE.xml", >From CAS Index Repository/AnnotationIndex/edu.mayo.bmi.smoking.type.SmokingDocumentClassification I see classification="UNKNOWN" Should be the classification "CURRENT" instead? Are the steps I am following correct? Thanks, -- Justin
