Thanks Bruce. I do have it all copied out in the normal structure. I just
can’t understand why the annotator can’t find the correct properties path. I
think I forgot to mention I have this wired up using uimaFit but I wouldn’t
think that would matter, since the path is still the same and works in Eclipse.

You will probably also need all of the data files copied out to the correct
locations around the properties file. I don't believe LVG can read it's data
files from within .JAR files.

Hi,

I’m a little stumped at this point and hoping maybe someone can point me in the
right direction. I’ve built a jar using maven and packaged all the necessary
ctakes libraries. The issue I’m having is when I go to run the jar the LVG
Annotator is saying the LVG config file is at C:\tmp\lvg.properties. I did
place the resources folder in the classpath and have
org\apache\ctakes\lvg\data\config\lvg.properties copied there.

Any suggestions on what I could be missing?

Thanks,
Brandon
