Hi, I am running cTAKES through the java example code from the demo. I observe that there are certain terms such as ‘Calretinin’ that are not identified by cTAKES. Its probably because ‘Calretinin’ is not present in SNOMED CT which is used by default, but present in other data sources like MSH. How do I activate all data sources in UMLS through cTAKES.
I already have the UMLS id and password and have updated that in DictionaryLookupAnnotatorUMLS.xml thanks Nishant
