You need to ensure that a compiled artifact (.jar) OR a directory containing the compiled classes and the lvg.properties file at the relative path entry. You also need to make sure that you can run this from the command line. This will ensure that your IDE (Eclipse) is not messing/misinterpreting your class path. If I were you I would run 'mvn eclipse:eclipse' before you import the project into Eclipse.
