Hi I am new to cTAKES and want to know its capabilities.
I just tried running CPE with a text input (of clinical notes) and got an XML output after using FilesInDirectoryCollectionReader.xml descriptor and Aggregate Parsing Proessor as analysis engine. The input file had the following content: "Date: September dd, yyyy... the abdomen and pelvis on mm/dd/yy show the development of a new soft tissue lesion with osseous destruction centered in ... September dd, yyyy" Using the output from aggregate parser how can I form a phrase with combination of disease disorder and anatomical location? Like in the above case "tissue lesion" should be linked to "abdomen and pelvis". Also how can I use so formed phrase to look for a medical term or condition in a dictionary or repository?
