cTakesHsql.xml file missing in cTAKES 4.0 ?

Hi

The resource configuration file cTakesHsql.xml is not
in resources/org/apache/ctakes/dictionary/lookup/fast directory (in cTAKES
4.0). Should I reinstall cTAKES 4.0?
