Hello I have integrated the ctakes PolarityCleartkAnalysisEngine in a pipeline such: - sentence detection - token detection - pos detection - DiseaseDisorderMention annotation - negation detection
My example text is: I have a disease. I do not have a disease. I have some disease. "Disease" is an instance of DiseaseDisorderMention.
