Hello- Sorry if this is a newbie/inappropriate question. I am a clinical researcher with a mild technical background, working mainly in SQL I am trying to spin up a ctakes NLP to search radiology reports for some key phrases.
1. I am getting a few errors and would love if anyone had any ideas, error codes below. 2. I also couldn't find the ctakes-examples to see the example piper, where should I look? 3. I would love to setup a piper that takes in a csv and then processes this with one report per row if possible but would be open to a different setup if anyone has a suggestion.
