* Pull 177: Rolling config change was very broken. ConfigCollectionBase was not processing rolling config correctly in getConfigForThisInstance(). Also, when a rolling config change is started, the instance must wait until it restarts at least once before advancing. Lastly, a test case to validate this was written. * Make it easier to add interactive tabs to the Exhibitor UI. This adds an option to custom tabs to not get rebuilt on each poll. i.e. the tab is built once and left alone. * Pull 180: Monitor stdout when cleaning logs.
