Drill: Memory for Multitenant Env

Hi All,

Can you advise how to plan and configure memory in a multi-tenant environment 
for Drill.

I am specifically mentioning about the below parameters:

DRILL_MAX_DIRECT_MEMORY="16G"
DRILL_HEAP="8G"
