Enjoying getting to know Drill and have a comment / request ... The boolean attribute skipFirstLine would be much more useful to me as an integer skipFirstNLines as I have to deal with data from companies that put non-commented headers in their 'csv' files. Admittedly this produces a decision for extractHeader implementation, i.e. 1st or Nth line. My vote is Nth based on data sources I see.
