All, Testing Drill with CSV files and try to use the first line as header works fine as long as there is not dot (.) in the line .... which we unfortunately have :( As noted in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-3946 (not the same issue but similar and I suspect the symptom applies) headings with a dot (.) will cause issues.
Is there any chance this can be enhanced or alternative workaround (without the labour intensive workaround of changing all files from using dot (.) to underscore (_) ) ? reg//ulf
