I have followed the instructions here: https://drill.apache.org/docs/rdbms-storage-plugin/#Example-Oracle-Configuration
I get the error in the subject. I don't see anything in the logs about it.

I have the thin driver installed.

I can telnet to the server.
dan@ubuntu:~/apache-drill-1.10.0/jars/3rdparty$ telnet yoda 1523

telnet> quit
Connection closed.
I don't know how to troubleshoot this further.
