error reading csv file with utf-8 encoding

Hi ,
Created  a parquet table from  18 MB csv file
When read the table I am getting below error :

SYSTEM ERROR: DrillRuntimeException: Unexpected byte 0x92 at position 41053
> encountered while decoding UTF8 string
