Zookeeper distribution

Hi folks,

Random question I've seen a few different answers to...
If I have a Hadoop cluster, but run Drill on a separate Zookeeper quorum 
to the Hadoop ZK setup... what impact does that have on Hadoop based 
queries? Some? None? Lots?
