This follow up is just a formality to correct the paper trail which
incorrectly cites the parent of the two commits that it should cite.
The release candidates are based on commits
7ceb7e23942d0e7806dfe334b33d63bb7634c2f9 (Hadoop 3) and
27fb98baea7274427f9eefd241e78718ee195d80 (Hadoop 2).
