I guess I would agree it's some sort of local configuration problem. I just tried using it on my home computer, running 1.0.7 (same as my work box), and I don't see this symptom here. The symptom on my work box is very repeatable, and I noticed it from the first time I accessed the site (about a week ago). I don't think I've seen this symptom anywhere else.
