During DecisionTable loading if an exception is thrown only a runtime exception
is reported without
any of the specific DecisionTableParseException messages. Please could you
catch the DecisionTable
Parse errors in DecisionTableLoader.java and report there details.
This will dramtically improve debugging during the load phase.
