[drools-user] Drools debug logging behaviour

I noticed that drools 2.1 used to log it's assertions when running in debug
mode to stdout when using the default logging but under drools 2.5 it now
logs the assertions to stderr. Is there any particular reason for this
change? I would have thought that the assertions would be more INFO based
under debug than ERROR.
