[drools-user] Unable to run the plugin

So, I've tried hooking up the Drools IDE plug-in into my Eclipse.  No go. I'm 
running Eclipse 3.1 - the ide plugin does not show up in the list of plugins.
 
Tried the same with Eclipse 3.0- shows up in the plug-in list but there's no 
perspective or anything.  How do I use this thing? LOL
