I terms of optimising the constraints, it would be trivially easy to do at the AST/Descr level (so its not tied to DRL or XML parsing) - depends if you can come up with some rules over what to order them. It can be done in PackageBuilder - depends how much introspection on the objects i= s needed, or if it all depends on the operator.
