[drools-user] Drools Eclipse IDE installation

Hi,
I tried to install the Drools 3.0 IDE for Eclipse.
The download contained a single jar file which I placed in my eclipse/plugin 
directory.
The plugin doesn't show up on a restart.
Is there something else I need to download? Where would I find it?
