Here is a such scenario:
After loading current exising drl, the engine is running and I will feed some facts.
Later, because of biz requirement, we need develop new rules, so we have to expand
existing drl,((1)is it possible to create anew drl and loaded into the same workMemory?),
(2)Is there any chance to reload the drl without stopping the application?
