There is actually a way to get your own maven2 repo automatically synced to repo1.maven.org (which is mirrored to ibiblio). Spring now does it.
Once it setup you shouldn't have to worry about it no more:)

Only problem is they probably won't allow you to sync it all, just everything under "org.drools" and "org.jboss", so sometimes some transitive dependencies might be missing, but that's a problem for later.
