the problem is to do with:

R org.xml.sax.SAXException: Unable to reference a Semantics Repository:
unknown type 'Extractor'

2.1 hasn't been used for some time (about a year since 2.5 came out) but it
had some problems sometimes with classloaders (trying to find a .conf file)
- I can't really be any more specific then that.

my bet is it is permissions related, permission to create a classloader
etc.
