Thanks for the feedback on Jooq. The article series on Jooq with Spring is worth a look. The author wrote a SpringJPA book, so would be interesting what he has to say about Empire DB. May be worth reaching out to him.
Spring Boot seems to be gaining attention and traction, so a simple sample app using EmpireDB in the Spring Samples could boost EmpireDB visibility and user base. -Tim
