not at this time. The deblocking filter parameters are taken into
account by the deblocking filter itself, but we need to expose them on
the command line and add the support for that in the PPS bitstream
handler. I filed a bug http://f265.org/bugs/ticket/25. It'll be a while
before I have time to work on this.
