Hi Hari, Do you want to remove only the partial data or all the data from the database?
If only partially data, then as per my knowledge there is no script and also, if you do so then in future it might cause data integrity issue as there will be mismatch between portfolio command source and other tables. If you want to delete all the data, then drop the existing database and create a empty database with same name of previous database and start the tomcat. Mifos will migrate the empty table.
