There are no side-effects; it just means that certain pages of the UI /
REST API aren't working (i.e., the overview over all jobs).

Not sure whether this requestMultipleJobDetails API is being consumed
by the Flink GUI or my internal job sync task (we consume this API
periodically for dashboarding).
