I'm trying to follow the "How to create a PDF document for each tab" and everything seem to process Okay, but I get an empty pdf-tab.html and no corresponding pdf-tab.pdf file. I'm using a fresh Seed with Forrest Head (r280873) and have marked several items in Site.xml with the attribute wholesite="true".
