The DITA OT is dual licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Derby is using DITA for the manuals; info is at http://db.apache.org/derby/manuals/dita.html . I think since we ended up doing nightly doc builds with ant, interest in a forrest plugin fell by the wayside. -jean
