Typo, I meant you should start the “server” with properties file containing the region definition, not locator.

From your Gfsh command, you should specify the properties file when you start the locator. I’ve also attached my setup for your reference in case it is of any use to you. startupScript.bat is batch file that I created to help me start the server. You will then trigger another script that will launch the locator and server.
