I think he means the getters of the wrapper object you are going to persist
(which will return the value objects), not the Region get.
ie:
@Region("MyRegion")
WrapperObject {
@Id
private Long id;
private List<ObjectA> aCollection;
private List<ObjectB> bCollection;
....getters and setters for each attribute
}
I can now get WrapperObject with the key from the Cache and then call its
getters to get the List of ObjectA or ObjectB. I could also directly query
these using OQL (Spring Data Repositories make short work of this as
someone else stated).
At least this is how I understood it.
