Hi Nikhil,

The better way to think about it is that both sides maintain their own
indexes. The only thing that is actually transferred over WAN connection is
the key and value, but it is indexed when it arrives on the remote site.

So if you have indexes defined in the remote gem cluster, those indexes
will get updated when data arrives on that side.
