Let me add one more thing.  Its in Apache Geode's interest to bring in new
blood and diversify the committer base.  So really all we are looking for
is people who show they are interested, invested, and can collaborate
well.  So its actually not that hard if you participate.

In other words, if everyone thinks you are already a committer by being
around, then its probably time to nominate you.
