Mark, It helps, still – will it be possible adding ‘apply plugin’ maven to the gradle root --> have generate poms --> compile with maven --> do you see any problems I don’t ?

The Geode gradle build can publish jar files to your local Maven repository by executing the command './gradlew install'.
