You should refer to the *Spring Framework* project page
<http://projects.spring.io/spring-framework/> [1].  Indeed SF 3.2.16 is
still supported!  As you can see on the right column, 3.2.16, 4.1.9 adn
4.2.5 are being concurrently maintained.
