It appears from the messages that you are running Geronimo M4.

The web console was introduced as a preview in M5 and has been improved
for release 1.0 that is coming out now.
I would suggest that you either pick up M5 or wait to pick up 1.0 as
soon as it is released (very, very, soon).

"HTTP ERROR: 404 /console/login.jsp Not Found".
I need to do another steps?
