I think the real problem you had was somehow starting
(part of) the client configuration in your server:
Started configuration 23/25 1s
geronimo/client-system/1.0/car
Started configuration 24/25 0s geronimo/client/1.0/car I think your fresh install corrected this
problem. I don't think a space in the install directory name was your real
problem.
