| Actually the transition to maven 2 is not the cause of the suspended builds. This effort hasn't begun yet. See the dev list note subject "configId issue... tooling impact" for details. But in summary G 1.0 support will be dropped and will move to G1.1. Other then that, as far as "improved", if theres a defect/feature you are looking for in particular let me know.
