Do a ctrl-shft-T, and search for one of the spec jars, SessionBean or
something, does it appear?

Yes, that list is there, and it contains exactly what's to be found in
$GERONIMO_HOME/lib. I even dropped and recreated the runtime
configuration, same effect...
